Products, Sizing, and Fit

 

How are Bayco products sized?

Our standard ring size is 6. Our bracelets are 7 inches in length. Unless otherwise noted, all pricing on our products is based on these sizes.

 

Are Bayco products available in other sizes? Can a piece I already own be re-sized?

Some pieces are available in other sizes, while others can be altered to suit. The cost of alteration varies by the piece and size change required. Please contact us for details.

 

Are Bayco earrings available in clips or posts?

Most Bayco earrings with clips have a built in collapsible post so they can be worn with or without the post. However, some have fixed  posts which we will alter at no charge. Please contact us for details.

 

Are Bayco jewels certified by independent laboratories?

Most Bayco jewels are certified by at least one independent laboratory. Laboratories we certify our gemstones and jewelry with include: Americal Gem Laboratories (AGL), C. Dunaigre Consulting (CDC), Gemological Institute of America (GIA), Gem Research Swisslab (GRS), Gubelin Gem Lab, Swiss Gemological Institute (SSEF).

 

Does Bayco create items for men?

Bayco has recently created an exclusive collection of men’s jewels which will be available only soon. Please contact us for more details.

 

 

Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

 

Returns 
Our online return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags intact. It must also be in the original packaging and accompanied by all certificates.

Please note that all custom orders are final sale.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Please note that any missing packaging or certificates can result in a charge which will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bayco.com. 

Sale items
Only regular priced items are eligible for return, unfortunately all sale items are final sale. 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping 
To return your product, please contact us via email at info@bayco.com and we will provide you with a return shipping label.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
